Box-size mix: 8 vs 16 vs 30
The Dolce Gusto range ships in box counts of 8, 15, 16, 18 and 30 capsules. Retail in Western Europe tilts toward the 16-count “everyday” box. CIS and Middle East distributors lean toward 30-count value packs. Office-supply resellers across the EU bulk-buy the 8-count single-flavour boxes for sample mixes.

Flavour curation by region
Our advice for new partners: do not order the full range on the first pallet. Start with what your market actually drinks.
- Northern Europe and Germany: Espresso Intenso, Americano, Lungo, Latte Macchiato. Heavy on black coffee, milk capsules paired one-to-one.
- Southern Europe and MENA: Espresso varieties dominate. Add Cappuccino and Caramel Latte.
- CIS and Russia: Chococino, Nesquik (kids), Latte Macchiato and Mocha rank highest by reorder rate.
- HoReCa channel anywhere: Espresso Intenso + Cappuccino + Lungo, in 30-count boxes.
Shelf life and date codes
Dolce Gusto capsules carry an 18-month best-before-date from production. We rotate stock weekly and document the production batch on every shipment. For multi-region distribution, ask us to combine batches with similar dates so your downstream resellers don’t face mismatched best-before runs.
Pallet and container loads
A full EUR pallet of mixed Dolce Gusto boxes holds approximately 540 boxes (depending on count mix). For LCL groupage we ship from 5 boxes per SKU; for full-pallet, mix as you need. A 40″ container carries 24 pallets — roughly 12,000 to 13,000 boxes, depending on the SKU split.
Pricing structure
Per-unit prices change weekly based on EU manufacturer terms. We share a working price list with our partners updated every Monday, broken down by SKU, by box-count and by minimum carton commitment.
