Coca-Cola Original is the single most-requested SKU in our warehouse. Importers across Europe, the CIS, the Middle East and Africa share one thing in common — a Coca-Cola listing is rarely optional. In this short note we cover what B2B partners ask us before placing a first pallet order, what we keep in stock at Siedlce, and why pallet configuration matters for export margins.
Format mix: cans vs PET
Wholesale demand splits roughly 60/40 between 330 ml cans and 500 ml PET bottles, with HoReCa and convenience-store buyers leaning toward cans, and family-pack retail leaning toward PET. We stock both, plus the 0.25 l mini cans that resell well in airline and hospitality channels.
For first-time importers we usually recommend a mixed-format pallet — a single SKU pallet works only when your downstream channel is locked in. If you’re testing the brand, mix-format gives you data to refine the next order.
Date-code and shelf life
Every shipment leaves our warehouse with a documented best-before-date and minimum residual shelf life. For exports outside the EU we typically guarantee at least 75% of the printed shelf life remaining at the moment the container is sealed — and we share the exact lot codes upfront so you can plan your downstream sell-through.
Pallet config and consolidation
A standard EUR pallet of Coca-Cola 330 ml cans holds 1,944 cans (81 trays × 24 cans). For 500 ml PET it’s 1,536 bottles (8 layers × 16 packs × 12 bottles). Where a buyer cannot move a full pallet of a single SKU, we consolidate: Coca-Cola alongside Fanta, Sprite, Cherry Coke, Monster — same pallet, same paperwork.
Container math matters too. A 20″ container takes 11 EUR pallets, a 40″ takes 24. For mixed-FMCG containers (drinks + Pringles + Dolce Gusto), we run the weight and volume optimisation in-house and send you a packing list before commit.
Documentation and compliance
For each Coca-Cola shipment we provide: invoice with HS code 2202.10, commercial invoice in EN/RU, packing list, EUR.1 or A.TR certificate where applicable, and EAN-13 documentation for each pallet. EU origin is documented on every certificate.
Want to test the brand?
If you’re new to importing Coca-Cola in mixed-format wholesale, a typical test order is 2-4 mix pallets in an LCL groupage shipment. We can build that quote in a working day — request a price list using our quote form and we’ll send you current dates and unit prices.
